CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective June 1, 2022

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling reservations without giving proper notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that reservation time. This causes other guests wanting an appointment to miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our guests and service professionals, booking service reservations with Chicago Male are subject to the following terms:

• A valid credit card must be held on file for all services booked in advance.

• Service reservations canceled within one (1) hour of the scheduled start time will result in a 100% charge to the credit card on file.

• Guests with a history of cancellations may be required to prepay for services in full at the time of booking.

• In rare occasions, failing to respond to confirmation messages may result in the reservation time being given to another guest. In this case no cancellation charge will be applied.

• Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render all services.

• For reservations where the aggregate service price is at least $300, a 50% prepaid deposit will be required at time of booking.
